 Here are a few more photos from the end of our gymnastics session. Both kids have really enjoyed participating in gymnastics and are signed up for the 10-week summer session. Degen will remain in the preschool program Wee Beez while Kyrie moves into a core gymnastics class for girls called 'Little Dolls.'

Wish I had more photos of Kyrie during her class, but they are usually across the gym and it is difficult for me to get pictures. Here she is practicing walking on the balance beam.

The last day of class, each kid gets to walk to the top of the podium and receives a ribbon for participation. This was a very fun moment for both kids who haven't had many opportunities to win anything. They enjoyed their moment in the spotlight and were proud of their ribbons. 

Overall, I am really glad that we have gotten the kids involved in gymnastics. They really enjoy this very physical activity, and I am pleased that they are learning new skills. It is great to see Degen excited to be in his own class. I was proud to hear Kyrie's coach give such good feedback on her participation and encourage her to move out of the preschool program and into the next level. This could be the first be-ribboned post of many!
