Darren's birthday is the last of the family birthdays for the year! He spent nearly the whole day working in the yard, prepping for spring and the planting season. I made him a mint chocolate cake. It was a chocolate cake with a sweet mint filling. It was frosted with chocolate icing and covered with Thin Mints. It was an easy cake to put together and everyone loved it!
