Princess Tea Party

Kyrie & I spent a very special morning celebrating one of our sweet, little friend's 5th birthday at a princess tea party! We had a beautiful, sunshine day and lots of moms and little girls dressed in their princess best. The decorations were gorgeous and definitely worthy of royalty!

Each little princess had her own special place at the table with a crown, wand, boa, personalized jewelery and fancy tea cup. Before tea, the girls & moms decorated headbands and clips with flowers & jewels.

For tea, there was sweetened peach or raspberry tea plus dainty sandwiches and other yummy foods. All the moms pitched in to serve our little princesses before we enjoyed some of the delicious food ourselves. It was fun to watch the girls sip from their little tea cups and try on their crowns & boas.

After our lunchtime tea, we headed out for the pinata. The girls did a great job waiting in line to pull a ribbon. The very last ribbon was the prize ribbon and all sorts of goodies came pouring out onto the lawn. The girls collected candy and bracelets and cushy pencil grips.

Back inside, there was a rousing game of pin the crown and we sang 'Happy Birthday!' to Princess Rhaya! Then there was cake & ice cream for everyone!

We got all the girls dressed up in their princess finery for a group photo on the front lawn! They had a great time dressing up and playing! I heard several of the girls say that it was the best party ever!

I took a few photos of Kyrie right as we were leaving the party. She looked so sweet all dressed up!
