Kyrie was excited for her first Brownie troop meeting of the year in a new location and with new faces, including mine! Over the summer, I was asked to take over as co-leader for the troop and agreed. I have worked closely with her troop leader (a friend I have known since our girls were about 18 months old) to help organize materials and activities for the meetings. It has been fun to use my organizational and creative skills in a new way!
We had our first meeting mid-September and it went really well! This is a great group of girls, and I am excited to get to know them better as we make our way through our Brownie journeys and work towards badges!
