We have never had much luck getting the kids to swim in a hotel pool. The weather is often too cool or the water too cold or too deep. However, during our last hotel stay all the stars aligned, and the kids (especially Kyrie) enjoyed hours of I-don't-want-to-stop-swimming-yet fun! Degen gave the whole experience a big thumbs up!
The very best part of our time in the pool was Kyrie's new found confidence in the water.
In years past, it was impossible to get her to move from the steps. Even when you held her she would fuss and cry for the safety of the ledge. But now our big girl, was happy to bob her way around the shallow end and gather up the floating noodles to paddle her way all around the pool.
She has become a super swimmer!
