Kyrie and I have enjoyed afternoon tea at a local cafe a few times, and we were excited to share the experience with Darren & Degen. Degen didn't really warm up to the tea experience (pun intended) until the dessert plate came, but overall it was a very nice family experience. We left the electronics at home and just enjoyed each other's company as we drank our pots of tea and gobbled up scones and finger sandwiches and delicious pastries! Yum! I don't know how soon we will do this again, but I hope that it is a family experience we can enjoy again in the future!
